Special Assistant
Ellos Global (E|G) is currently looking for an experienced Special Assistant is to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to Senior Level Government Official(s); as well as, managing day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Senior Leaders in various management and operational areas to support development and execution of strategic initiatives within their areas.

Develop executive-level memos, agendas, talking points and presentations, including coordinating across office for technical input and ensuring accuracy of deliverables.

Support special projects portfolio and serves as a resource on special initiatives by organizing project meetings to ensure clear agendas and action items, and fill in capacity gaps to ensure action items are completed in a timely manner.

Keep track of and serve as lead point of contact for items that require client's review, signature, or concurrence.

Serve as a right hand/ “Deputy Chief of Staff” to the Front Office Principals for all – project management tracking - ensure action items are completed in a timely manner.

Work with the Executive Advisors to ensure briefing materials are collected in a timely manner prior to scheduled meeting.

MUST be a US Citizen, eligible to obtain security clearance; current DOE suitability preferred.
Education:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; and 6-8 years related experience supporting C-Level Executives.
